The Admin Room was founded by Nadiyah—a mum of two from Berkshire, trainee therapist, and former PA with over 20 years of admin experience across corporate and small business sectors.
Born from Nadiyah’s own need for balance while juggling a demanding 9–5, parenting, and life admin, The Admin Room began as a way to build work around life—not the other way around. That shift eventually led her to return to study, pursuing her long-held goal of becoming a therapist—something she'd been drawn to for years.
Now, The Admin Room exists to support therapists and wellness professionals in doing exactly that: creating more space, calm, and capacity in their working lives.
